1. Kit for implantology

There are similar systems on the market today but only this allows greater flexibility and more efficient use of the product. With this Kit it is possible to provide the surgeon the indispensable to carry out the immediate load without adding items that would not be used and, consequently, eliminated as no longer sterile. The Kit offers the possibility to provide the dental technician with a system for the construction of the temporary prosthesis designed in order to reduce by 50% the time of realization of the same, significantly influencing the timing of the stay of the patients in the office.

The kit has a chromatic differentiation of the cutters (5 colors for 5 diameters), which makes it more intuitive to use them in combination with other instruments. The milling cutters are coated by applying DLC (Diamond Like Carbon), thereby increasing their quality and durability. The platform studied allows to have a system very simple and functional but of high quality in the components, to which an exceptional system is added. The box has a lid that can be opened up to 180°, so you can take out the tray and place it on the lid and have a complete view of the instruments housed on the tray and at the bottom of the kit. The container can be steam sterilized up to 134 ºC.

2. Cutters kit

Compact kit with which it is possible to carry out the milling operations in total safety thanks to a stop with calibrated length. The cutters are chromatically diversified to better distinguish the lengths of the same, they are also coated in DLC (Diamond Like Carbon) to increase quality and durability. The kit also contains other tools for milling. The container has a removable tray and can be steam sterilized up to 134 ºC.

3. Prosthetic kit

Kit designed specifically for the professional dental technician to have the essential to be able to carry out an immediate load from the point of view of the prosthetic equipment. All items in the kit are made of medical steel treated and some coated in DLC (Diamond Like Carbon). The container has a removable tray and can be steam sterilized up to 134 ºC.
